30-Day Returns
If your equipment isn't the right fit, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@rotaryweldingpositioner.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Custom-configured or special-order equipment may not be eligible for return — we'll note this before purchase.
- Items damaged in transit are covered — report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered. If a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
